Alencon System, LLC (, a developer and manufacturer of Alternative energy Conversion systems, has an opening for a Sales Professional to support the company’s rapid growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a truly unique technology as we look to build out a world class direct sales team for our innovative products for the Solar Energy Harvesting and Storage. We are experiencing a high demand for these industry leading products.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Alencon’s products in a designated geographic area. This position can be defined as a consultative sales role. The ideal candidates would be focused on demand creation, should have a hunter mentality and enjoy prospecting and forming relationships with new prospects and existing customers.

This position is based in our suburban Philadelphia headquarters. It is not a remote position.

Firm Requirements for the Position

Prior industrial/technical sales experience of 5+ years or equivalent

A true passion for sales excellence

Determination to go the extra mile to close the deal and then follow-up to satisfaction

Strong and dynamic presentation skills

Ability for up to 25 - 50% travel to the designated geographic area (once COVID-19 restrictions allow of course!)

Strong interest in alternative power generation including Solar PV and Energy Storage

Meet and exceed annual and quarterly new business quotas

Strong Pluses for Any Candidate

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or equivalent

Experience selling solutions in the alternative energy sector

Experience in the sales of capital equipment such as inverters or other power electronic devices

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Connections in the alternative energy space including with utilities, EPCs and project developers
