As a member of Alencon’s cross-disciplinary engineering team, you will have a range of responsibilities across the entire spectrum of Alencon’s product development process from system design, testing, production and product implementation. We are looking for someone who is analytical yet practical and hands on.
Product Development & Testing
- Design, build and debug power electronics circuits
- Design, build and test electrical loads
- Design and test thermal cooling systems
- Design magnetic power components
- Update and maintain PCB designs
- Troubleshoot digital, analog and communications circuits used in the company’s systems that range from communications to power
Production Support
- Assure the high quality of the company’s products
- Lead production personnel in building, troubleshooting and repair of both company products as well as laboratory testing and production equipment
- Design and use test procedures and related test fixtures to assure product quality
- Reduce of product cost through the application of cutting edge approaches to design for manufacturabiliity
