Business Development/Sales Professional

Alencon Systems, an innovative power conversion company for alternative energy systems, has an opening for a Business Development/Sales Professional.  We are open to considering individuals of varying level of experience. This can be great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an incredibly exciting opportunity as we look to build out our sales team for our remarkably innovative products.

Requirements

- A strong interest in alternative power generation including Solar PV and Energy Storage

- Experience selling solutions in alternative energy sector

- Experience in the sales of capital equipment such as inverters or other power electronics is a strong plus

- A passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile to close the deal and then follow-up to satisfaction

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

- Strong and dynamic presentation skills

- Track record for success in consultative B to B sales

Other Skills/Abilities

- Willingness to travel

- Strong connections in the alternative energy space including with utilities, EPCs and project developers
